The AlgoFace Network Optix Face Redaction Plug-In automatically detects and redacts faces in video, in real time, at the edge. It works with both live video streams and recorded video files.
Once installed, the plug-in:
- Analyzes the video feed using AlgoFace’s AI to detect faces.
- Applies redaction to every detected face automatically.
- Outputs a fully redacted RTSP stream.
This redacted RTSP stream can then be added into Nx Witness just like any other camera or video source, so your teams can view or record it without changing their usual workflows.
How does it support privacy and compliance?
The plug-in is designed to help you rethink how you handle video privacy by redacting faces before the video leaves the edge device.
